 Ensure key deadlines are met, such as appraisal, loan denial, inspections, disclosures, and closing.
 Review settlement statements for accuracy
 Schedule Closing with all parties involved
 Attend Closing
 Coordinate possession and deliver keys to the buyer
 Handle any post-closing issues that may arise such as buyer complaints & accusations, possession, or failure to fulfill on contract agreements
